What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / ACCA / CA Inter
• Professional Training: Certification or training in Accounting, ERP, or MS Office preferred
• Experience: Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the team lead in analyzing business process requirements and support design, development, testing, and implementation activities
• Learn and understand Oracle EBS modules, custom applications, and their integration with business processes
• Develop and maintain user documentation, process flows, and guidelines
• Provide daily end-user support and address ERP-related queries
• Gain a basic understanding of  ERP systems and business process flows

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Visio
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Dedication to meeting deadlines and achieving business outcomes
• Ability to work under pressure, stay updated with new technologies, and mentor team members
