We Are Hiring Lead Products, Customer Experience & Outbound Sales

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management
  • Led the conceptualization, development, and enhancement of insurance products in alignment with customer needs, market trends,s, and digital strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle – from business case creation and design to go-to-market execution and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with pricing, underwriting, distribution, and digital teams to ensure timely product rollouts and commercial competitiveness.
  1. Outbound Sales Oversight
  • Drive the performance of the outbound call center team through effective lead targeting, campaign alignment, and results monitoring.
  • Work with digital and marketing teams to align outbound sales scripts, product messaging,g, and promotional offers.
  • Track and report performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales per agent, contact-to-lead ratio) and identify improvement levers.
  1. Customer Experience Leadership
  • Own and refine key customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, and servicing stages – both digital and assisted.
  • Leverage the Voice of Customer (VOC), complaints, and behavioral insights to identify friction points and improve experience outcomes.
  • Work alongside the CDSO to co-drive strategic CX transformation and ecosystem-wide experience enhancements.
  1. Product & Sales Enablement Collateral
  • Oversee the creation of brochures, sales kits, digital explainers, pitch decks, and onboarding materials for internal and external use.
  • Ensure all customer-facing and sales content is aligned with the brand voice, compliant with regulations, and optimized for clarity and persuasion.
  • Collaborate with the traditional marketing team to align messaging and creative output.
  1. Data-Driven Execution & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop BI, digital,l and marketing analytics to monitor product uptake, campaign results, and outbound sales performance.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision-making, test-and-learn strategies, and targeted interventions.
  • Establish KPIs across product adoption, outbound performance, and customer satisfaction to track impact and drive accountability.
  1. Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Serve as a key integrator across product, sales, marketing, C, X, and digital functions – ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, and messaging.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for content creation, sales training material,s, and outbound script refinement.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning, roadmap reviews, and growth initiatives under the leadership of the CDSO.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7-12 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, customer experience, and or outbound sales strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results across product, marketing, and sales verticals.
  • Strong commercial acumen, customer-centric thinking, and execution orientation.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation, sales enablement, customer lifecycldesigni,g and or performance marketing is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (required).
  • MBA preferred, particularly with a concentration in Strategy, marketing,,g or Digital Business.

  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with a natural ability to lead across functions.
  • High sense of ownership, attention to data, I l and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Digitally fluent, commercially focused, and customer-obsessed.
