HORTICULTURE INCHARGE S3

Job Description: • Plan, supervise, and manage all horticultural and landscaping activities across the factory premises. • Coordinate with external vendors and landscape contractors for development and maintenance. • Ensure health and aesthetic upkeep of all plants, lawns, trees, and green zones. • Manage the seasonal flower plantation. • Introduce and manage eco-friendly, sustainable, and water-efficient horticulture practices. • Prepare and manage horticulture budgets, procurement, and material inventory. • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and industrial regulations. • Support Administration and HR teams in planning green initiatives and plant décor for events • Any other job assigned by HOD

Key Responsibilities: Plan, monitor, and manage all gardening and landscaping activities within the factory premises. Liaise with external vendors and landscape contractors for development and maintenance. Ensure the health and beauty of all plants, grass, trees, and green areas. Manage the planting, care,e, and placement of seasonal flowers in appropriate locations. Introduce and manage environmentally friendly, sustainable, and water-saving gardening practices. Prepare and monitor gardening budgets, purchases, and material inventory. Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety,,y and industry regulations. Assist management and HR teams in planning plant decorations for green initiatives and events. Perform any other duties assigned by the (HOD).

Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany, or related field • Experience: 4 to 5 Years
