DEPUTY MANAGER SECURITY-(PLANT)

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree with 12+ years OR Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in managing large teams and industrial security preferred
• Age 48 – 55 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall safety and security of ASML plant premises and company assets.
• Supervise vigilance teams responsible for inspections, surveillance, vehicle checks, and personnel monitoring.
• Oversee daily dispatch and escort of CRC coils and ensure accurate logs and reports.
• Monitor the performance of outsourced security personnel and ensure SOP compliance.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies for preventive and emergency coordination.
• Ensure accurate documentation, gate pass tracking, and vendor movement control.
• Conduct risk assessments and continuously improve security processes and SOPs.
• Manage budget and oversee contract finalizations related to security services.
• Provide protocol support to senior management and foreign guests.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office, report writing, and incident management
• Knowledge of plant security operations and modern surveillance systems
• Crisis management and vendor coordination skills
• Risk assessment and SOP planning experience
• Leadership and good reporting skills
