Export Operations & Logistic Executive (Location – Raiwind)

Description

• Coordinate and manage international shipments from order receipt to final delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.  
• Monitor and track shipments, proactively address delays or issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and country-specific export/import laws.
• Handle export-related licensing, insurance, and customs declarations
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
• Optimize shipping methods and routes to minimize costs and delivery times.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, production, etc.) to ensure proper scheduling and documentation.
• Assist in resolving issues related to logistics, claims, or delays.

Key Requirements Qualification: Bachelor'ss Degree 3+ years in the relevant field Proficiency in using SAP is preferred
