Key Responsibilities:

Ensure products online and final inspection as per customer requirements.
Perform regular inspection and gap analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Ensure that GMPs are followed, including sanitation, hygiene, and pest control practices.
Supervise and train employees on QA policies, procedures, and standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs, and HACCP plans.
Oversee production processes to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Review and maintain daily process inspection records.
Perform traceability to investigate and resolve customer complaints.
Assist in internal and external audits.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry or Food Science Technology with at least 1-2 years of experience in FMCG.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations such as HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
