Who are we looking for?

At least 7 years of proven experience in managing LAN/WAN in medium to large-sized organizations.
Preferably Master’s’ degree in CE/CS from an HEC-recognized / overseas University.
Certification in networking and/or relevant professional certification such as CCNA/MCSE is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

The position requires assorted services from implementation to administration of the local/wide area network.
Install, administer, and troubleshoot network-related systems, software,e, and computer equipment at the Corporate Office and across the bank’s branch network.
Enforcement of applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures and will assist the IT Infrastructure Manager in implementing and administrating a country-wide WAN.
Prepare and develop meaningful MIS to review network efficiency.
Develop and deploy network solutions for new customer requirements.
Coordinate systems development, installation, on and implementation, and troubleshoot user support requests.

Who are we looking for?

Minimum Bachelor and preferably Master in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering with emphasis onIICT-related subjects from an HEC-recognized / reputable foreign university.
A minimum of 6 years experience in positions of steadily increasing responsibility, including 2 years of supervisory experience in managing T24 applications and work experience in implementing and managing core IT infrastructure in a banking environment is required.
Candidates with experience in managing environments running Oracle Engineered Systems (Exalogic and/or Exadata) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations and Support:

Management and Administration of Temenos T24 application.
Managing 24×7 technical support operations of T24 and related activities.
Installation, Integration, and configuration of T24 application with WebLogic (Oracle web server) and related software.
User complaint resolution and incident management within the defined Service Level Agreement.
Ensure root-cause analysis is completed for all service outages.
Performance Tuning and optimization of the T24 application.
Patches management as per defined Standard Operating Procedure.

Projects and Training:

Planning and execution of future strategy of the Temenos T24 environment including preventive maintenance and projections.
Assist the line manager in creating and implementing a strategic plan to improve the supportability of the infrastructure.
Lead Core Banking (T24) Application maintenance and administration during and after implementation of the project.
Help impart T-24 infrastructure maintenance and administration knowledge and skills to the IT team.

IT Governance & Reporting:

Develop, Implement, and maintain all operational processes, procedures, nd policies related to the T24 application.
Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs, and report to senior management.
Develop and recommend ongoing IT internal process refinement and improvements.
