CHARCOAL PVT. LTD. is hiring a “Customer Representative Officer” for its Marketing Department. The candidate must have 02 to 03 years of working experience in the same role.

Major Responsibilities:

• Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers.
• Escalating customer's queries and concerns via social media and calls, when necessary.
• Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer’s questions.
• Offer personalized shopping advice and assistance based on customer preferences and needs.

Education: Graduation.

Salary: 45k.
