Job Responsibilities:

End to End-to-end management of Group School Uniform project as per business case approvals, worth PKR 500 to 600 Million.
Design, Develop, QA, R&D, Specs, and Purchase of all Uniforms as per company needs.
Management of furniture requirements for schools and offices across the network; this covers all new purchases and refurbishment of old furniture as per policy.
Assets tagging and other inventory management.
Make policy and regulate the process of all purchases as per group-level needs.
End-to-end management of all construction-related demands of the company.
Budgeting, pricing, procurement, handling, and delivery of companywide CAPEX.
Timely updation of all SLA contracts and providing the best offer for the company.
Planning, Forecasting, Budgeting, Approvals, Contracting, and Implementation of all special projects like Solar, ACs BOD Assigned works, etc.
Monthly reporting to management as per need and performance.
Communication/follow-up with suppliers for on-time provision/delivery of required items; Follow-up and escalation for managing deliveries timely.
On-ground ensure and report the implementation of exclusivity contracts with suppliers.
Preparation of SOP/Policies of areas under the domain to have controls and reporting to BODs/Management.
