Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management within the spinning/weaving department.
2. Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for spinning/weaving operations.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
4. Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and support business objectives.

Requirements:

1. Master/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certification such as CA, ICAP, ICMA, ACCA, ACMA, or equivalent is preferred.
3. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in the textile industry.
4. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting, coupled with specialized expertise in spinning/weaving including sizing and costing.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Preference will be given to candidates based in Faisalabad and those with SAP S/4 HANA knowledge.
