About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Material Management In-charge to manage the overall store department, including drug-related items.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the store department (Head office), according to the SOPs of supply chain Management.
• To manage the complete flow of drug-related inventory according to the Sops & prevention directed by DHO&DRAP.
• To place the temperature-sensitive/ Expiry Conscious consumables in a presentable manner & to record it’s all mandatory Documentation i.e.: Date of expiry, date of stock in & date of stock out.
• To manage & control the consumption of all branches that come under the roof of Islamabad Diagnostic Centre (Pvt) Ltd. Head office.
• Monthly stock closing with the MMD team and report discrepancies if any.
• To revise the Store Department’s protocols & procedures, that are best for the organization
• Inspect each medical & surgical consumable entering the Store Department’s premises about quality and quantity.
• To give maximum input in the development of Software, that is to be used in the organization for the Supply chain department.
• To inquire about the demands, raised by Sub branches to ensure transparency.
• Any task assigned by higher management.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
• Good knowledge of inventory Management
• Good skills in drafting SOPs & Policy
• Adaptability
• Confidentiality
• Must have a Pharm-D (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree and license
• Minimum three years of experience in relevant Industry
