HABIB METRO is inviting applications for Team Lead Sanctions – Compliance Division, OG-II to OG I for Karachi. Experience: 4 – 5 years of experience (preferred Trade experience).

Deadline: 15 May, 2024.

Technical Skillset: MS Office Skills, AML / CFT Regulations & Understanding of Trade documentation.

Responsibilities:

· To review, assess, and provide compliance opinions related to country-specific sanctions of trade transactions.
· Manage sanctions alerts from generation to proper closure.
· To ensure all possible detections, that appear in the compliance queue are reviewed and disposed of properly.
· Ensure follow-up with Business to respond to sanctions queries within defined timelines.
· To conduct specific reviews and assessments of sanctions compliance.
· Access, Analyze, and submit all possible suspicious cases, to the respective unit for necessary decision and filing with FMU.
· Supervising all relevant MIS including STR reporting based on Sanctions violations.
· Supervise the Sanction Team.
· Any Other responsibility assigned by Supervisor / Unit Head / Head FCC / Head of Compliance from time to time.
