The said position will be responsible for assisting Company Secretary with the preparation of folders & working papers for holding the Board of Directors meetings and general meetings. Filing and reporting of various Forms and Returns to SECP and PSX. Opening of dividend account with Bank. Coordinate for processing of dividends through online banking channels, and assist in the issuance of bonus shares. Transfer and arrangement of credit of dividends to non-resident shareholders. Review and printing of quarterly financial statements. Respond to issues related to the shareholders of the Company. Liaison with the shares registrar for various issues related to shareholders. Apply
