Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a highly motivated and skilled 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐫 for Solar Projects at Karachi to oversee the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- At least 3 years of experience in solar project management or site supervision.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-

1. Supervise the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems at project sites.
2. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
3. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
4. Manage project timelines and budgets to meet or exceed established goals.
5. Train and mentor site technicians and other team members as needed.
6. Provide regular progress reports to upper management and stakeholders.
