Position: Assistant Manager Compliance
Location: Head Office, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of daily Exposure Report of all CIS under the management concerning applicable NBFC Regulations, SECP Directives, and respective Offering Documents.
Preparation of Monthly Compliance Report
Preparation of Weekly Dash Board
To ensure compliance with all relevant SECP Directives, Circulars, and Notifications
Periodic review of KYC requirements to AMC regulations
Review of Brokerage Commission
Review of Funds Exposure in line with NBFC regulations
Review of Fund Manager Report concerning MUFAP Standard Criteria
Keep abreast of all related updates on SECP and MUFAP website
Monitoring of compliance with Employees’ Trading Policy
Monitoring of compliance to Trading Room Policy
Responsible for providing information to SECP concerning Offsite Review
Responsible for providing information to the Credit Rating Agency
Responsible for all compliance-related activities and other tasks as directed by Manager Compliance from time to time.
