Position: Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Job Purpose:
- The role is a mix of Recruitment, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Business Partner responsibilities. It includes both aspects of planning as well coordinating day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle. Understanding the requisition, advertising jobs, sourcing and screening incumbents, interviewing shortlisted applicants, and onboarding the finalized candidate
- Understand the business requirements concerning talent placement strategy and provide solutions to business leaders
- Periodically review different policies related to Talent Acquisition & Talent Growth and bring improvements through refinement of existing policies & processes.
- Use data & analytics to devise ways to bring improvements in key recruitment metrics about efficiency, effectiveness & quality, etc.
- Be a part of the workforce planning exercise to forecast the requirements for coming years keeping in mind the skills that would be necessary to develop for the future.
- Introduce vertical & horizontal talent growth initiatives such as mandatory job rotations & job shadowing to develop talent pipeline & successor readiness.
- Consult with line managers & HODs of assigned departments daily and provide HR support specifically related to fulfilling their talent requirements (talent acquisition, rotation & retention).
- Continuously benchmark & improve HR practices through research and market intelligence/comparison with best practices.
- Take initiatives to conceptualize, design, plan & execute special programs for fresh graduates ranging from Summer internships, Year-long internships, and Graduate Trainee Programs with the primary focus of giving learning opportunities to students to broaden their horizons and building young leaders for Zong.
- Develop a long-term & short-term employer branding strategy and design digital content to engage the prospective audience.
Education:
- Must be a graduate with a minimum of 16 years of education.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience preferably in HR or similar roles.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a robust sales pipeline through market intel, networking, prospecting, and lead generation for all Chinese Accounts in the specific region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive GCSS sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and inspire a sales & services team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure success in both sales and services management.
- Collaborate with industry growth, products, and DICT Support teams to understand and customize GCSS Solutions for industries & accounts in the respective regions.
- Ensure seamless delivery of solutions to the client, meeting their specific requirements and exceeding expectations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate accounts.

- Ensuring that pricing strategies of all marketing functions are aligned with business goals
- Generate new ideas for revenue maximization and subscriber engagement
- Go to the Point of Contact for Marketing Management when ascertaining the performance and impact of various products, campaigns, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify gaps in the portfolio, propose changes, and execute the proposal
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of products, campaigns, etc., and recommend adjustments (if required)
- Conduct regular pricing reviews and provide insights to the management for continuous improvement
- Performance Management Tracking of Products, Campaigns, etc. within the marketing department

- Develop dashboards to monitor internal and external KPIs with a keen eye on changing trends
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration required.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 4-5 Years of relevant work experience in the Marketing Department. Telco Industry Experience will be an added advantage.
