Position: Manager Sales Training

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Conduct Periodic training sessions for zonal & regional teams on PTCL products, services & existing & upcoming price plans.
To assess the training needs of the PTCL Sales Team and plan and organize regular training sessions for the sales agents.
To assess the training needs of different sales channels of PTCL and prepare the relevant training material and sessions for each channel accordingly.
To improve PTCL products’ knowledge among the sales agents and help them deliver a consistent and effective sales pitch.
To familiarize the newly hired sales staff with CRM tools for efficient order booking.
To improve the quality of sales by introducing best sales practices among the sales staff.
To monitor and assess the impact of these training sessions on the field sales staff's performance and the company’s sales and revenue figures.
Monitor the competency level of sales agents, identify gaps & do one training session to improve functional competency.
May need to travel to different cities to deliver in-person training sessions to the field sales teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

BBA or Bachelor’s in any relevant business degree with professional expertise in the training domain Or MBA or Masters in any relevant business degree.

Position: Executive Revenue & Collection

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

Effective Implementation of policies regarding Receivables.
Monitoring bill register to ensure completeness and accuracy and enquire about any major variations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing and In-time dispatch of monthly invoices.
Ensure recovery from active customers, in line with targets assigned.
Billing complaints resolution.
Processes adjustment cases regarding customer accounts and keeps records for audit purposes.
Monitoring & taking action against unauthorized restorations of TOS & POS accounts.
Monitor & analyze high consumption cases/ overseas exception cases and take preventive and corrective action to safeguard PTCL revenue.
Monitoring collections for billing and sales are made effectively at service centers and reconciled with the deposit details
Monitoring consistent and effective application of CMP on overall numbers including clearance of pending archival.
Ensure correct billing of Installation charges for new services
Ensure corrective measures for non-delivery and billing complaints
Providing a listing of U1 reports every month and taking up with BM Operations & smart shops in charge of creating profiles of unbilled customers in RMS-CBS.
Monitor overseas exception reports daily and take preventive and corrective action to safeguard PTCL revenue.
Provides accounting inputs and compiles the internal and external audit requirements regarding revenue.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Monitor and evaluate reporting employees.
