Master Motors Jobs Assistant Manager Sales:

Master Motor is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales” for the Truck Division.

The Role:

1 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals.
2-Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
3-Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
4-Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities.
5-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead.
6-Provide timely and accurate sales reports to the management team.
7-Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the sales team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a reputed business school.
Experience: At least 04 years of experience in Sales in Automobile/ Manufacturing/Engineering. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.

Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad & Quetta.
