Position: Manager Client Management (BPO Islamabad)

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Responsible for supporting business development for BPO. which includes but is not limited to the following:
- Sales lead generation.
- Prospecting and Cold Calling.
- Administratively managing existing accounts where required.
- Preparing draft copy for proposals and business Cases.
- Coordination with internal departments to complete the deal cycle.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT?
- Identify and develop new business leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Account Management and follow-up with existing clients as and when required by management.
- Prepare necessary documents and presentations for lead nurturing and deal closure.
- Maintain payment details for each client.
- Assist in the preparation of Business Cases for BPO projects.
- Assist the in the Manager Business Development development in monitoring of related CS project plans.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
- Preferably an MBA from a reputable university.
Competencies:
- Should be updated BPO project-related information.
- Should have knowledge of the BPO Market and trends.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Apply
Position: Executive Priority Services-Government & Priority Sales (Lahore)
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Deal, monitor, and coordinate with the performance of Corporate Services Executive who are tagged with high revenue generating corporate accounts.
- Be responsible for developing a relationship with customer retention through overall portfolio management which includes Revenue Monitoring/Churn Management/Customer Satisfaction.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Effectively and efficiently manage assigned corporate portfolio to proactively identify issues and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to relevant standard operating procedures and company/PTA policies.
- Maintain desired customer service delivery TATs and ensure a high satisfaction ratio and acceptable complaint ratio of assigned corporate accounts through CSAT/Trim surveys.
- Ensure proper implementation & deadlines of all initiatives/projects assigned by keeping a strong liaison with internal and external teams.
- Ensure portfolio management KPI including revenue enhancement and retention of assigned customers.
- Achieve quantitative and qualitative Sales/Revenue targets as communicated through monthly/quarterly assigned targets.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

- Gross Adds, 4G conversion, QOS & Acquisition revenue

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Manage profitability of channel partners and derive performance on a monthly basis
- Build Retail in your Business Unit (BU) by increasing EVC and BVS retailers on an ongoing basis
- Manage the performance of Area Retail Managers (ARM) and build an engaged team
- Build channel capacity as per business plan and add new franchise partners in your Business Unit (BU)
- Manage the profitability of BU by closely monitoring.
