IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Bring new CDNs into the PTCL network by enhancing value for customers and revenue for PTCL Group.
- Build the new vertical of CDN & Colocation based ICT solution
- Hosting of Content and Gaming providers in PTCL Carrier Neutral IX
- Preparation of RFQs (Request for Quote), RFPs (Request for Proposal), and RFIs (Request for Information) for ICT and colocation services.
- Build a complete ICT solution based on CDN requirements and integrate it with the PTCL echo system.
- Responsible for echo system buildup, implementation, and solution design for International Carriers, Wholesale Customers, and Corporate clients requiring colocation-based ICT solutions.
- With reference to SEO (Single end ordering) and SEB (Single end billing), Commercial negotiation & coordination for colocation build-up-related issues.
- Management of all commercial issues and exchange of relevant information with all colocation partners.
- Preparation, negotiation, and finalization of Agreements with colocation partners for the provisioning of colocation-based ICT solutions Processing of invoices, correction, and coordinating between Colocation partners and Internal stakeholders for settlement of payments.
- BE Electrical with a Major in Communication / BS Computer Science
- MBA Marketing or Masters in Telecom Management
- Telecom Infrastructure knowledge

- Facilitate business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers. Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly, and monthly targets by utilizing resources (human, Tools, and equipment), for best customer experience.
- Enhance network in potential/dry areas to ensure the rehabilitation of faulty network.
- Ensure the end-to-end process of providing new high-quality installations of phone Connection to customers, in a smooth & trouble-free manner.
- Ensuring that Sales, Service KPIs, and revenue targets of assigned territory are achieved.
- Identification of potential dry Pockets to increase revenue stream.
- Field visit (to check Quality Installations, Rehab Work, and Sales).
- Monitoring of newly commissioned OSP network.
- Coordination with ANR & Technology Teams to overcome communication breakdowns for timely rectification of complaints.
- Ensure resolution of Billing Issues.
- Data reporting on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
- Flash Fiber ODN Design, Installation & Migration.
- Deployment/Installation of new Connections.
- Ensure Data Updation in all related systems such as monthly progress reports (sales).
- Coordinate with other agencies to protect and safeguard the PTCL Network during development activities.
- Ensure Reconciliation of Modems and other store items of the exchange.
- Build Internal and external Customer Support Infrastructure.
- Meet PSTN, broadband, IPTV sales targets, and NTC targets regarding copper, as well as DSL.
- Ensure Marketing in rural areas for Sale enhancement.
- Monitor timely and proper rectification of complaints (MTTR, MTTP) and Accurate Mapping of NEs.
- Degree in Business Administration / Telecommunication Engineering.

- IR Connect: To conduct a connect session and make sure 100% NMS population of respective Zones attend the session.
- IR Dost: To meet with each worker, travel, Note employee problems, grievances, and suggestions, Coordinate with concerned Unit/stakeholder, Report to Management, Upload on Facebook@work. IR leaders spend 80% of their time in the field to meet the target
- Hamqadam: To interact in a group and at the individual level with all Management teams having NMS in their direct reporting. Coordination with People Managers and directors, Informing participants phonically, traveling arrangements, Minutes of the session, coordination with concerned stakeholders, reporting to Management, and Uploading on Facebook@work.
- Liaison with Union as per direction
- Up-Skills / Training Program for NM Staff, collect nominations, relieve employees, measure effectiveness
- Announcement of all welfare activity in South Zones, coordinate with people managers & NMS, Compile Applications, Review, coordinate with employees, process for approval, respond to queries, corrective action. Awareness of the Process, Hierarchy alignment, follow-up with People Managers, Calibration NMS Promotion Cycle Attending court hearings as and when required.
- LLB (MBA preferred), from a well-reputed institution
- Related experience in the same field will be preferred
