MCB Islamic Bank is inviting CVs for the position of “Service Quality Officer ”. Please only apply if you fulfill the criteria mentioned in the job details.

Locations

• Islamabad
• Swat (Proficiency in Urdu & Pashto language skills is desired)
• Gujranwala
• Faisalabad
• Rawalpindi

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a recognized university.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Service Quality (Preferably in Bank)

Desired Skills:

1. Responsible for monitoring, measuring, and reporting key service indicators and areas of improvement.
2. Proficient in providing training to bank staff on Service excellence and FTC
3. Skilled in performing in-depth analyses of dissatisfying factors and composing comprehensive reports.
4. Capable of implementing service procedures
5. Prepared to engage in extensive travel within designated regions and beyond
6. Assist line management in assigned tasks
