𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡: Bachelors

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Responsible to scrutinize proposal documents and ensure completeness of all mandatory requirements/documents as per compliance policy for further submission to Asset Management Company for Case Issuance.
Responsible for maintaining and keeping records of all proposal documents.
Responsible for dispatching proposal documents to Asset Management Company.
Responsible for keeping liason with Business Team to identify the discrepancies in Proposal documents for rectification.
Responsible for maintaining Business MIS and data reporting across all concerned stakeholders.
Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

Fresh or minimum 1 year of experience in operations in Banking or a reputable organization.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

MBA (Preferably)

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

1. Primarily responsible for handling Investment management products and end-to-end processes in coordination with concerned stakeholders.
2. To ensure statistical data analysis and maintain MIS.
3. To engage all stakeholders to enhance service levels and reduce turnaround times for operational processes.
4. Assist Line Management in various assigned official tasks (e.g. administrative work).

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing clients and partners.
2. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Experience in mutual funds would be preferred.
