Senior Officer Net-Metering
Job Location: Lahore
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Engineering)
Work Experience: 02 – 03 years (Experience in the solar industry will be an edge)

What we’re looking for:

• Preparing and verifying net metering files and documents in accordance with DISCO requirements
• Cultivating a strong rapport with DISCO officials to expedite the processing of net metering applications
• Ensuring prompt execution of the net metering procedure to install meters as swiftly as possible.
• Consistently informing customers about the progress and addressing their inquiries related to Net Metering
• Thoroughly documenting and maintaining records (both digital and physical) of net metering files.
• Diligently pursuing pending cases with DISCOs/NEPRA on a daily basis
• Identifying problems and proposing plans to improve the processes

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Electrical Engineering)
Work Experience: 03 – 04 years (Experience in the solar industry will be an edge)

What we’re looking for:

· Manage and lead O&M activities across Pakistan for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential solar sites
· Monitor and ensure that O&M Technician’s performance meets maintenance and performance targets through regular evaluation
· Engage in effective communication with clients and stakeholders for smooth O&M activities
· Plan, schedule, and allocation of the team for daily O&M activities while maintaining work report
· Submit comprehensive and timely O&M reports, perform assigned tasks as directed by the reporting line manager, and travel to project sites and related locations as required
· Design and lead training programs so all team members are capable of succeeding in all tasks
