Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized and strategic professional to serve as a primary liaison between the Company & the Principal Headquarters. The ideal candidate will support business planning, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives across departments. The role involves close liaison with senior leadership, managing operational updates, and supporting new model launches.
The candidate will also contribute to budgeting & controls, forecasting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making. The main responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison for strategic and operational matters, coordinating cross-departmental activities, preparing executive reports and presentations, and monitoring progress on key initiatives.
Qualifications:
- BE Engineer or/withan MBA or Master’s degree in Business/Management/Finance (preferably from a reputable business institute).
Requirements:
- 10–12 years of experience in business planning, strategy, or corporate coordination roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of operations, budgeting, and performance management.
- Experience with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
